When those ripen, you'll need to find a lot of hungry people. Or you could bake banana pie, banana bread, banana stew (made the last one up).

It's a matter of taste and choice, I've know people that like them as you others all yellow with no brown spots and others very brown.... I myself I guess it depends on the day :)..
