This past weekend we had the pleasure to ones again attend the National WOWSummit which this year was held in the beautiful Orlando Florida USA. It was great experience, an excellent event were we learned and discussed some very interesting topics for living a more healthy life.

Nice photos Jay, I use Stevia as I am diabetic it's a good substitute better than some of the others.

Looks like a fun event. I always wanted to attend an event like this. I think it will help me and my blog a lot but I am shy and they usually happen somewhere far =(
