Sweet Kale Sliders

Sliders are great for many occasions and we can make them with few or many ingredients. This recipe features simple and tasty ingredients to make a yummy and healthy Slider that everybody could enjoy. These can be a nice appetizer, snack or even make a meal out of a few of them.

Remember never to be shy, add or remove ingredients as per your families preference and taste.

This is the perfect combination between sweet and salty, soft and crispy.

Ingredients
  • 8 to 10 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
  • 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Raw Sumer Wildflower Honey (enough to spread the bun)
  • Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Hand full of Kale
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Poweder (more by preference)
Sweet Kale Sliders - Ingredients
Directions
    Kale Chips:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 C)
  2. Wash Kale thoroughly with cold water, then pat dry
  3. Remove leaves and discard stems
  4. Rub EVOO all over Kale leaves, add Oyster Sauce
  5. Sprinkle with garlic
  6. Arrange over ungreased baking sheet
  7. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until chips are very crispy
  8. Slider Assembling:
  9. Slice the buns in half crosswise
  10. Spread Raw Sumer Wildflower Honey onto 1 side of roll.
  11. Add more than a few kale chips over the honey,
  12. then place a slice or two of swiss cheese and replace the top of the rolls.

We always serve them with extra Kale chips.
