Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells
This is a very cheesy dish, as cheese lovers it's very appropriete for us :)...
You can stuff these shells with anything yet we tend to always add cheese regardless of the other ingredients.
Today is no exception, a combination of great cheeses plus spinach and other dried herbs gave us this awesome dish.

She is 7 Month!!!
Yesterday was a special day for us, it was her birth-month / monthday, not sure what would be the proper wording for it; but yes, our baby Kaylee is now officially 7 month old and she is every day more adorable then the day before. She is a loving little sweetie pie.

Cheese Potato Balls
I remember a very long time ago my mom use to make a similar version of this dish, she would make little potato balls and fry them, they where yummy. These days at our house we try to fry as little as possible, and this is how this version came to be.

First visit to the beach
Yes we are from the Caribbean and try to visit as often as possible, yet each time we visit there is so little time and so much to do that it may sound odd but Kira's first visit to the beach was a 3 years of age.
Well, we finally made it, yes at 3 years but it is all good, and best of all she loved it.
