When we saw the opportunity of testing the Baking mat by BakeitFun we were really excited about it and could not wait to give it a try. By the way we love the name of the company “BakeitFun” what a fun name.
The baking mat by BakeitFun is an FDA and LFGB approved product that is 100% BPA Free, which are all on my check list when it comes to introducing new products to our family. It’s made from fiberglass coated with food grade silicone.
I loved the idea of not having to butter the pan or use parchment paper, not to mention since most of the time I have my little helpers in the kitchen with me, I love that having this baking mat set in the baking pan or sheet little hands can start placing cooking on the mat as soon as the dough is ready and not have to wait for an additional step.
Being an environmentally friendly family and trying to live a more eco-friendly life means making changes that impact our lives in more than one way.
