Our Experience:
We have used this steamer for a many types of vegetables always having the best results, we love that with just a little bit of water the steam cooks the veggies to perfection. We get nice crispy veggies and not mushy and overcooked ones. I like that it fits into a number of pots and there is no adjustment necessary, simply place the stainless steel veggie steamer inside and it will open as much or as little as the pot allowed it.

I love Technology, but will admit that this is one case where tech is not needed. This Veggie Steamer works great with not only veggies but with eggs or anything else that you need to steam.
