Having the handy digital Precision Elite Thermocouple Food Thermometer is great and works wonders. There are specific recommendations for each type of meat, one of the charts that we like to resort to is FoodSafety a great place to find out what is the perfect temperature for your food . Sure you can always go the old fashion way and slice a piece of meat to take a look at the inside and make sure it’s the way you like it, yet this makes it much easier and I can delegate the supervision to someone else.

The one thing that I was not trilled to find out was the fact that it does no have an off button but that I have to fold it closed so it can turn off. It’s really inconvenient to have to fold it while it’s still dirty with meat juice, and it’s very unpractical to think that while we are cooking we can stop and wash the thermometer to be able to fold it to turn it off.

Sunsella Dough Blender
Having a food thermometer is not the same as having the Precision Elite Thermocouple Food Thermometer, it’s not only the ease of use, the simple large screen and the backlight are all really good features and great to be used at any time of the day inside or outside while grilling.
