Appetizer because it’s light and somewhat refreshing, yet we have enjoyed this as a meal, as a mid day or late night snack.
As for seafood, Shrimps is one of my soft spots, we eat them so many ways and this is a very simple and tasty way of making them relatively fast.

Goodbye 2013, Welcome 2014
Before we officially gave the welcome to 2014 we said goodbye to the year 2013, we took an overlook at all that happen this last year, and while at times it all may have gone in a flash, there for sure were moments where time seems to be stopped and the world be falling apart.
Faith and trust kept us from giving up, our family is stronger than ever and will continue the path towards success the way that it’s intended to be.

There are a number a very good recipes, from very simple as this one to including prunes in a elaborated filling or dough.
Prunes can be combined with so many ingredients, I particularly like this recipe because it brings out the sweet and the sawer from the prune and the bacon, and then the cream cheese balances it all out.

Christmas Celebration 2013
As most of you probably already know, earlier this year we move to Orlando FL and while the common perception of Florida is that the weather is warm all the time, I can assure you it's not always set for short sleeve clothing, luckily it's not Chicago's whether either.
This December it's been crazy, as one day it's gone up to the 70's and the very next has gone down to the 30's. Christmas Day it was somewhat chili just as a reminder that we are in winter.
