  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 cup of mango chunks
  • Sliced pineapple, for garnish, optional
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish, optional
  • 1/2 cup rum, optional
  1. Fill blender halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add coconut milk, pineapple and mango chunks, and Blend together. I like small chunks in my bevarege but if you don't like small chunks in your bevarage blend pineapple and mango chunks with milk and cream first and then add ice cubes.
  3. If using rum add now.
  4. Serve immedietlly.

    Garnished with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired.
